Spaces steadily moving towards the Leading Quadrant from Improving Quadrant:

Now lets take a look at our very own Sector Rotation Dashboard:
Spaces exhibiting Positive RS, favorable RSI and ADX above 20 are:

Infrastructure
Same as RRG.
Now, if we look at the Top 500 companies, we can clearly see a trend.
If we further look at these companies to see how many are above 30 week moving average, the trend becomes more clear:
Finally, we look at the companies among the Top 500 making new 52 week highs on a weekly basis:
The Large and Midcap Banking space and the Oil and Gas space is currently where I see the momentum at.
