One Door to Everything: app.themicrocapminute.in
Everything we publish, in one place. If you remember one address, remember this one.
This publication started as a weekly newsletter about US markets. It has quietly become five things, all built on the same rule: read the public record, write it down in plain English, and never pretend a filing is a fortune cookie. The app page is the door to all five, with a live tape of the morning’s public record across the top, and it installs on a phone with Add to Home Screen.
The app hub: one door to everything we make.
THE NEWSLETTER: THE WEEKLY ISSUE
The sector map is free every week. The companies and the numbers behind it are the paid tier.
You can subscribe using the inaugural offer and get 50% off. That's the only thing we actually charge for now where we are earning.
Every week we screen all eleven US sectors against the S&P 500 on relative rotation graphs, drill into the sectors that pass, and put the shortlisted companies through up to ten tests. The tests are printed in full, so you can study the work rather than take the conclusion on trust. The menu bar is the map of the whole publication: the Weekly, the Premium tier, School, Tracker, Macros and Podcasts.
The Substack home, menu bars and all.
THE TRACKER: TRACKER.THEMICROCAPMINUTE.IN
What the smart money filed while you slept, read from SEC filings every morning and written in plain English.
When the world’s best investors buy or sell a stock, they have to tell the US government, sometimes within two days. Every morning we read those reports, the 13Fs, 13Ds, 13Gs and Form 4s, and put them on one page. Thirty superinvestors are tracked, and every number links back to the SEC filing it came from: no estimates, no third-party feeds.
The feed is free to read every day; email alerts are Rs. 199 for a year. This is breakeven for us. We do not make money here.
Beyond the feed: Portfolios, what each of the thirty owns and what it is worth; Promoter Buying, S&P 500 insiders spending their own money; Special Situations, mergers, spin-offs, tenders and index changes inside a 45-day window; IPO Watch; Cabinet, what US cabinet members disclose trading; White House Watch; and a universal Search across all of it.
The Smart Investor Tracker: the daily filing feed and its sections.
THE CLASSROOM: SCHOOL.THEMICROCAPMINUTE.IN
A free course in reading companies, built on one idea: the filing beats the news.
Ten modules, sixty-two chapters, each ending with a ten-minute exercise. It starts with how US markets report themselves, the SEC, EDGAR and the form family, then goes through the 10-K cover to cover, event filings, the deep dive method, RRG analysis, tracking smart money, special situations, screener craft, and risk, sizing and psychology. Every lesson comes from public SEC documents, explained for a curious twelve-year-old and useful at any age. Every chapter has an audio edition, and as of this week every chapter is also a narrated video on the YouTube channel, free to watch.
The Classroom: ten modules, sixty-two chapters, free.
THE MACRO BOARD: MACRO.THEMICROCAPMINUTE.IN
America’s report card, in plain English: eight numbers, read every morning from the government’s own data.
Inflation, jobs, the national debt, the government’s cash balance, the ten-year yield, the dollar, mortgage rates and consumer confidence decide what things cost, whether jobs are growing, and what the government owes. We read them every morning and explain each one the way we would to a friend. The board also carries a live estimate of what the Iran operation is costing, ticking every second.
The Macro board: the eight numbers and the cost clock.
THE EXTRAS
On X, @TheMicrocap posts the morning public record: what was filed, with exact dates and sources, plus focused single-filing posts during the day. Only the day’s own updates; quiet days stay quiet.
On YouTube, all sixty-two classroom episodes are up, and the first Deep Dive, Travelers, the two-engine insurer, runs eleven minutes on how the company actually works; Deep Dives have their own playlist. And policies.themicrocapminute.in carries how we collect data, what we never do with it, and the rules every property above follows, in plain English.
WHAT TIES IT ALL TOGETHER
Every property runs on the same machinery: pull the public record, SEC filings and government data, read it, and write down what it says without embroidery.
