These terms govern your use of The Microcap Minute and The Microcap Minute Global, published by Ayush Agrawal (“we”, “us”). By subscribing to or reading an issue, you accept them.

1. What this publication is

It is impersonal commentary, published on a regular schedule to a general audience. Every subscriber receives identical content.

It is not personalised advice, and no reader is a client. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. There are no ratings, no price targets, and no forecasts. We do not know your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and nothing we publish is tailored to them.

It covers only securities listed on non-Indian exchanges. Readers of any nationality or residency are welcome; the restriction is on subject matter, not audience. Depositary receipts and other instruments of companies also listed on an Indian exchange are excluded from coverage.

2. No investment advice

The full Disclaimer applies to every issue and forms part of these terms.

Relative strength, price history, and past financial results describe what has already happened. They do not predict future returns. Any decision you take after reading is yours alone.

Do your own research. Conduct independent due diligence and consult a financial professional licensed in your own jurisdiction before making any investment decision.

3. Data, and its limits

Figures come from third-party sources, principally StockCharts.com for relative rotation graphs and charts, and StockAnalysis.com for company financial data.

These figures are not independently verified against companies’ own filings. Where a source and a company’s filing disagree, our pages follow the source. An error upstream carries into our pages. Screening and assembly are substantially automated, and both that process and the human editing around it can introduce mistakes.

No representation or warranty is made as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any figure. Anyone intending to rely on a number should check it against the company’s own filings first.

4. Intellectual property

Original text, commentary, and selection methodology are the publisher’s copyright.

Charts are reproduced from StockCharts.com under their reprint permission policy, with attribution and their copyright notice intact. Relative Rotation Graph and RRG are registered trademarks of RRG Research, used with permission. Financial data is used with permission from StockAnalysis.com and cited with a link back.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish issues in full, resell them, or use the contents to train machine learning models without written permission.

5. Affiliate relationships

We participate in the StockAnalysis.com affiliate programme and may earn a commission when a reader subscribes to that service through a link in an issue. This costs you nothing.

These arrangements do not influence which sectors or companies appear. Selection is made from price and relative-strength data alone, by a stated rule published in each issue, before any fundamental data or commercial consideration enters the process.

We accept no payment from any company covered, from any promoter, or from any investor relations firm, and never have.

6. Independence

This publication is independent. Apart from the reprint permissions and affiliate arrangements disclosed in each issue, we have no corporate relationship with StockCharts.com, RRG Research, or StockAnalysis.com, and no relationship of any kind with any company discussed. None of them endorses or sponsors this publication.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Free subscriptions may be cancelled at any time using the unsubscribe link in any issue.

This publication is hosted on Substack, and paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We never see or hold your card details. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

We may change subscription pricing on notice, which will not affect a period you have already paid for.

8. Your responsibilities

Do not share paid content with people who have not paid for it. Do not attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or automate access. Do not represent yourself as connected with this publication.

We may end a subscription, with a refund of any unused portion, if these terms are breached.

9. Availability

We aim to publish weekly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publication and may pause, change, or discontinue the newsletter at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in an issue rather than made quietly. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to read after a change means you accept it.
